Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly plan can be canceled anytime with one click from the Stripe billing portal. After canceling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. The lifetime plan never needs canceling.
What makes Lifetime different?
One payment ($19.99) gives you the same Premium features as the subscriptions — forever. No auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. It costs about four months of the monthly plan, so it pays off if you use Premium for four months or more.

Is this a subscription?
The monthly plan ($4.99) is a subscription that renews automatically until canceled. The lifetime plan ($19.99) is a single one-time payment — it never renews.
Do I pay for each download?
No. With the lifetime plan ($19.99) you pay once. With the monthly plan, watermark-free export, PDF / SVG export, AI character image generation (5 per day) and AI chart generation (10 per day) are included at no extra charge for as long as your subscription is active.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel the monthly plan anytime from the Stripe billing portal.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid subscription period. After that you return to the Free plan, where you can still create and edit charts and save high-resolution PNGs (with a watermark).
When does my monthly plan renew?
The monthly plan renews every month, counted from the day you signed up. Your actual billing date and how to manage it are shown at Stripe Checkout and in your payment confirmation email.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Both Free and Premium can be used without creating an account.
How is Premium activated?
After completing Stripe Checkout, Premium is activated in the same browser automatically. On a new device or another browser, open the restore page, enter the email you used at checkout, and open the restore link we email you. Lifetime can be restored anytime; the monthly plan only while your subscription is active.

I switched devices or browsers and lost Premium — what do I do?
Premium is tied to the browser you purchased in. If you got a new device, reset your browser, or cleared its data, visit the restore page and enter the email you used at checkout — we'll email you a link to restore Premium in your current browser. Lifetime can be restored anytime; the monthly plan only while your subscription is active.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital subscription, paid periods are generally non-refundable. If you see duplicate billing or a service-side issue, contact contact@soukanzu.jp.
What are the limits of the Free plan?
Creating and editing charts with up to 6 people is free. Free includes the standard theme and high-resolution PNG export, with a watermark on saved images. Character image additions / changes, non-standard themes, charts with 7 or more people, watermark-free export, PDF / SVG export and AI character image generation are Premium features. AI chart generation is limited to once per day on Free.
How many AI character images can I generate with Premium?
Up to 5 per day while your Premium plan is active. The limit resets at midnight Japan time (JST).
