Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans can be canceled anytime with one click from the Stripe billing portal. After canceling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. The lifetime plan never needs canceling.
What makes Lifetime different?
One payment ($19.99) gives you the same Premium features as the subscriptions — forever. No auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. It costs about four months of the monthly plan, so it pays off if you use Premium for four months or more.
What payment methods are accepted?

Is this a subscription?
Monthly ($4.99) and yearly ($27.99) plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. The lifetime plan ($19.99) is a single one-time payment — it never renews.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Both Free and Premium can be used without creating an account.
How is Premium activated?
After completing Stripe Checkout, Premium is activated in the same browser automatically. If you want to use Premium in another browser or device, open the completion redirect URL there.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid subscription period.
I switched devices or browsers and lost Premium — what do I do?
Premium is tied to the browser you purchased in. If you got a new device, reset your browser, or cleared its data, visit the restore page and enter the email you used at checkout — we'll email you a link to restore Premium in your current browser.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital subscription, paid periods are generally non-refundable. If you see duplicate billing or a service-side issue, contact contact@soukanzu.jp.
