Relationship Diagram Generator ("this site") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This policy explains how data is handled, how cookies are used, and which third-party services receive any data. The policy may change without notice, with new terms taking effect from the date they are posted on this page.
1. Information We Collect
1-1. Information you actively create
This site does not require user registration. All diagram data (names, relationships, layout, colors, uploaded images) is stored entirely in your browser's LocalStorage and is never sent to or stored on our servers. Unpublished creative material and sensitive organizational information stay on your device.
Some optional features do send data to external services:
- Gallery posting: Diagrams you explicitly choose to publish are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and made viewable by other users.
- AI diagram generation: Synopsis and setting text you submit is forwarded through Cloudflare Workers to an AI API for draft generation. The text is not retained by us afterwards.
- OGP image generation: Diagram data is briefly sent to Cloudflare Workers to generate social-share preview images (cached temporarily).
- Premium checkout: When purchasing the monthly plan, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout. Card information is never routed through this site.
1-2. Automatically collected information
- Access logs (IP address, browser type, referrer URL, timestamps)
- Usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, time on site, device info, screen size)
- Cloudflare access protection signals (DDoS / bot mitigation)
- Cloudflare Turnstile verification logs (human-check)
2. Use of Cookies
- Function: Local diagram saving, language and theme preferences
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4
- Advertising: Google AdSense (cookies may be used)
- Bot detection: Cloudflare Turnstile
- Premium status: Monthly-plan expiration tracking (LocalStorage)
You can decline cookies through your browser settings, though some features (auto-saving, premium detection) may stop working.
3. About Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 uses cookies for traffic data collection, but data is gathered anonymously without identifying individuals, and IP addresses are anonymized. See Google's Policies and Terms. To opt out, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site uses (or plans to use) the third-party advertising service Google AdSense. AdSense may serve personalized advertising based on the following considerations:

5. About Cloudflare
This site relies on Cloudflare for content delivery, security protection, and as the runtime for AI features. Cloudflare may collect:
- IP address, browser User-Agent, request timestamp
- Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot) behavioral signals
- Security event logs (suspicious access patterns)

6. Text submitted to AI features
When you use the AI diagram generator, the synopsis, setting text, or character information you provide is forwarded through Cloudflare Workers to an AI API. We do not retain the text after processing, but the AI API provider may briefly retain processing logs per their own policy. Do not submit personal information, confidential information, or content that infringes on third-party copyrights.
7. Stripe and payment information
When you purchase the premium monthly plan (¥500, no auto-renewal), payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers and expiration dates are never sent to or stored by this site — they are handled entirely within Stripe's secure environment. We retain only the payment-success fact and an identifier for the purchaser.
8. Data Protection
- SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all communication
- Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) header for forced HTTPS
- Content Security Policy (CSP) header
- X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, and other security headers
- Local-only storage of personal diagrams
- Cloudflare Turnstile to mitigate bot/abuse traffic
9. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When required by law (formal disclosure requests from courts or law enforcement)
- With user consent
- To service providers essential to operations (Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, etc.)
10. Use by Minors
This site is generally available to users of all ages, but minors must obtain parental consent before purchasing a paid plan.
